how can i make a myspace layout without a download?

ok so i found this cute *** layout and most of my friends have it but i asked a few of them and they said they found it on photobucket but it wasn't there then i noticed that i think you had to create it so i tried finding some websites that i can create a similar one but haven't found one the layout is leopard with lace and it looks like its in patches ive seen it in red blue and hot pink if you noe where i can make one or find one plz tell me

You can go to http://www.pimp-my-profile.com/generators/myspace.php and create a custom layout. You can upload a picture from Photobucket.com and use it as the background. You can create 1.0 and 2.0 profile layouts.
