Practically speaking it is not possible to delete old cache page. But google will also update accordingly as per the new changes so there is no need to get clear the old cache page.

Through webmaster tools you can get removal of page through url removal.

Means if you don't need a page at all and want to delete you can go for the url removal option.

But if you are making changes on that page url removal is not a wise option.

Remove the cached version of a page

Follow the instructions below if you own the site and have already verified it in Webmaster Tools. How to remove somebody else's content from Google.

When you update a page on your site, Google will update our index (including our cached version) when we next crawl it. Until then, our cache may still contain the original content, and that content may appear in search results. You can request removal of the cached version (this will also remove the page snippet). For example, say you have a page that lists your office address. When you move, you’ll want to make sure that the out-of-date cached version listing your old address is no longer visible in Google.

To request removal of the cached version of a page:

1 On the Webmaster Tools home page, click the site you want.

2 On the left-hand menu, click Optimization and then click Remove URLs.

3 Click New removal request.

4 Type the URL of the page you want removed, and then click Continue. The URL is case-sensitive—use exactly the same characters and capitalization that the site uses. How to find the right URL.

5 Select Remove cached version of this page.

After making this kind of mistake about the only thing you can do is to wait until they reindex your site. Give it a week or two and things should return to some semblance of normal. Keep in mind that google is messing with the search results again so expect that results are going to change anyhow.
