I work for a artist and need a program to send multiple emails at once on myspace. Is there something out there like that free, or at what cost?

friend blaster ... it will let you send 50 emails a day on myspace (it would take about 5 minutes to send them all) ... search for it on google

no, this is considered as spamming and if caught your account will be deleted, so just post a bulleting, write them one at a time, or use real email
