How do I repost in Instagram?

So I'm new on Instagram, and have no clue how to repost! I'm too nervous to post it on someone's page because I don't want to start...well..."drama". Help!

You can either take a screenshot. In iphones/ipods/ipads, you take screenshots by simultaneously pressing the home and shut down button quickly. It varies with androids.



There is also an app called "instarepost".



Another option is going on statigram.com, logging in to your instagram, and clicking the repost button below a picture that you like.



The thing about statigram and instarepost is that that they show that your have reposted and ruin the picture by adding a big repost symbol at the bottom. I suggest screenshotting it, unless it personally belongs to someone, then ask them nicely if you can repost it. Give them credit because you don't want them seeing that you reposted their picture without giving them the credit they deserve, because some people throw a fit.



If it's just a basic picture they posted that could be found anywhere on the internet, then it doesn't matter if you repost without credit because it wasn't theirs to begin with.
