Oh thats easy first open up the picture you want to change on paint. Then go to the bar on top an select "Image" and "Invert colors." Save it with a different name. Now you should be left with one normal picture and another picture with strange colors.

Next open up both pictures and copy one of them and paste it on to the other and create a new layer with it. Save the picture as an animated gif.

on the first page you'll see ANIMATE IMAGE CREATOR. click.and TADA. to add more pictures, you'll see a ADD button, to the right of it type in the number of pictures you wanna add.
